I gotta say, this is just frustrating and confusing. Well flipping fish sticks to that, I don’t even know what it means by “mappings type” or “generator,” I really hope this is just a matter of settings in Techne, or that there’s a way to somehow convert my Java models to the right version or whatever. Make sure you are exporting Java model from the modeler you use for the right Minecraft version and mappings type MCreator detected the model you are importing is not compatible with the current generator. Well, after I worked very hard on a model in Techne, only when I imported the Java model did I realize that it would tell me: Yes, you can use this mod for modpacks just include my name. Just please, you got nothing nice to say, get out of here. Also, if you started spamming this thread with anti-Mcreator crap I will report you. Well, today I decided I was gonna get back into it and for the first time I decided to make a 1.18.2 mod. Yes, this mod is made with MCreator, but don't let that stop you from trying it. Joined Feb 2017 Points: User statistics: Modifications: Forum topics: Wiki pages. has alot of user tutorials on how to create replicas of vanilla models (cows, endermen etc.) MCModeller - Quite simple GUI, live preview. When i click on the button 'install and start Techne',it dont do anything. Techne - Allows you to create models, which will then be converted into Java code. I’ve always used Techne to work on Minecraft mods, many sadly unfinished. Hello,im currently using Mcreator 1.7.5 and i cant download techne.
